How to Register:
 
Go to www.eayso.com. 
  
Click on First Time then…
  
…on the next page click on AYSO Parents and fill in the required information. 

When you are finished you need to:
  1. print two copies of the registration form,
  2. write in your child’s uniform size on the center top of the form,
  3. sign them both and send them to our post office box
  4. including the correct registration fee ($75 for the first child and $50 for each sibling).
